HELLO!! MSG FROM NELSON! Hi members of TWSSCO!! Nelson Alumni is here today to post. Members, all of you are not really that bad! If everyone could come for practices regularly, all of you will surely make it for the syf. I actually see improvements in all of you! As a senior who is in this orchestra for the 6th year (ARHH I SO OLD!! D=), i really felt that the standard of my generation compared to now is the same. In fact, i see more talented pp now compared to last time! During my batch when we got sliver, the songs that we played were actually easier than what you all were practicing now. The songs that you all are practicing currently have more running notes, longer duration, harder coordination and etc. Now, the question is - Other pp might say, "wah! Last time CO got sliver, now CO gt bronze only. The orchestra become lousy already la!" I THINK THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. During my batch, there were problems too. Problems like - not wanting to attend CO, like to pon, always said they wanted to quit CO, can't play the songs well and etc. Same problems as what the CO had now! In fact, the number of pp who don't like CO during that time was more than what it is now. I was so delighted to hear that some CO members liked TWSSCO! During my batch, hardly there would be anyone who said they liked CO. For me, it was only after my last SYF that i started to like it. Seniors always tend to feel that they are better, and the juniors are lousier than them. This kind of thing happens in any cases. I heard people from my batch saying that the batch after us was lousy. I heard from violet's batch saying the new batch after them was not good. I heard from yeeling's batch about the CO not wanting to practice hard. AGAIN, IS OUR CO REALLY THAT BAD??! NO! All of you where got become lousier and lousier? Believe me! The standards of the orchestra really didn't change so much!! Now, i hope that everyone will try to gain more bonding with one another! Chinese orchestra needs everyone to be bonded together in order to make nice music. In every CCAs there will always be someone who wants to quit or doesn't like the CCA. This always happens. Teachers and leaders always uses force to keep them back. I am sure that if every member are best friend with one another inside the orchestra, the whole orchestra will be more bonded and they will not leave so easily. Make friends with everyone! Love your members! HEY! i said these things to encourage you all! Not as an excuse to say its ok not to come! Please come practice everytime hor!! If not as a alumni senior, i go 打 your 屁股! members, love your CCA, practice hard, come CO!! Tuesday, November 25, 2008 actually i quite agree with alfred (: NO OFFENCE ALRIGHT ! i dontwant any quarreling @ thy tagboard . or watever . quarreling & scolding are just trying to showful how childish your mindset is . anything , you happy can alrdy (: TWSS chinese orchestra . this sentence is really getting more & more sick , somehow . because execpt thy conductor & instructors , all are just a bunch of ............. lazy bums . i dont have good skills & i dont have good disipline in CO . but i manage to stay well in CO . as in , i came for every practice , i took part in everything that CO held . all thy performance . if not for my Nlevel & Miss Lai objection , i SURE will go for PC . i have pretty well commitment . i know people are unhappy w me , sometimes . but i stay well in my stand . but ever since i left CO & went for my exams . any progress made ? NONONO ! WHY ? ! ask yourselve . alfred made a good point in " we are going t pass on thy baton to thy present juniors after all thy seniors left for their exams . " GOOD POINT . because very soon , those sec3 CO members who are promoting to sec4 @ 2009 , are going to have their major exams next year . lets start to ask this question in your head . " what will happen to CO if all thy good ones leave & only thy bad ones left ? " not i mean thy present juniors are bad ones . but as i say , Juniors & Seniors . who are better ? you should know it .. is like a basket of apples . after taken out all thy riped apples , what left over are thy unripe apples . are thy sellers going to sell thy unripped apples ? are thy teachers-in charge going to bring those students that haven been prepared , to thy exam hall ? is just totally like pushing students to a mountain of fire . ( okay , my english sucks ) i know i have no right to say anything now . because iam no longer in CO & people will say i action baba or trying to showoff how good i am in CO when iam not good in CO . PLEASE , all thy CO members . wake up your mind . dont trying to be cool & pon practice . then afterward you tell your friends , " neh , i pon CO . so ? no one cares . " NO ! thy teachers care , alright ? ! ANDAND all thy alumni seniors . such as me , nelson & jianxiang . WE ARE CARE FOR CO , ALRIGHT ? ! we are not thy best , doesnt mean we are thy worse . if we try to make a effort to change . i believe we can be thy best , one day . why not ? but if we never tried , thy chance is ZERO 0% . understand ? so come on .
